Job description
Key responsibilities
Act as a legal counsel and trusted advisor on employee relations matters.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand and address employee needs and concerns.
Define and design end-to-end HR policies and grievance procedures.
Provide guidance on legal compliance and risk management related to employee relations.
Support global stakeholders and ensure alignment with best practices across regions.
Develop training programs to promote a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement.
Manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations and dispute resolution.
Role requirements
Law degree (LLB) from a recognized institution.
13+ years of experience in employee relations or labor law, preferably within a GCC / global banking environment.
Proven experience in supporting global stakeholders, particularly in IT or related setups.
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
