Key responsibilities

  • Act as a legal counsel and trusted advisor on employee relations matters.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand and address employee needs and concerns.
  • Define and design end-to-end HR policies and grievance procedures.
  • Provide guidance on legal compliance and risk management related to employee relations.
  • Support global stakeholders and ensure alignment with best practices across regions.
  • Develop training programs to promote a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations and dispute resolution.

Role requirements

  • Law degree (LLB) from a recognized institution.
  • 13+ years of experience in employee relations or labor law, preferably within a GCC / global banking environment.
  • Proven experience in supporting global stakeholders, particularly in IT or related setups.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
