Front-of-House Associate — Caffix Café

About the Role :

We’re looking for a polite, energetic, people-friendly individual to be the face of Caffix. You'll greet guests, manage orders on Petpooja, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure smooth café service.

Responsibilities

Welcome and seat customers with a warm, friendly attitude

Handle dine-in, takeaway & delivery orders on

Petpooja

Guide customers through the menu and answer queries

Coordinate with kitchen & barista for timely order flow

Maintain cleanliness & order at service counters and tables

Support billing, packaging & customer requests

Assist with managing reservations and table flow

Help with basic café tasks as needed (water service, table reset, etc.)

Requirements

Experience with

Petpooja

(preferred)

Good communication & customer-interaction skills

Pleasant personality & good hospitality manners

Ability to multitask & stay calm during peak hours

Basic billing & POS understanding

Team-oriented attitude

Ideal Candidate
