As an Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining API-based integrations between multiple platforms to ensure seamless data flow and workflow automation. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to translate requirements into reliable, scalable solutions. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and contribute to improving integration services. • Implement, configure, and maintain platform-to-platform integrations via APIs.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable and reliable integration solutions.
• Build, test, and troubleshoot automated workflows and data exchanges between platforms.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and project delivery teams to scope, plan, and implement integrations.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and user guides for integration solutions.
• Resolve integration performance, reliability, and data accuracy issues promptly.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration services and internal processes.
