Job descriptionCoordination Across Teams : Collaborate with different departments to ensure GMC-related Support : Assist with documentation, coordination, and follow-ups for Invoicing Assistance : Support invoicing preparation and related administrative Compliance Management : Ensure compliance with company policies and Ad-Hoc Tasks : Help with various operational projects and tasks as required by the Minimum 6 months of experience in an administrative or operations support role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Hybrid work model – 2 days in-office, rest of the week WFH. Growth opportunities – Gain exposure to various aspects of operations.
