The short version :
What this role is about : The Programmatic Centre of Excellence is responsible for designing the programmatic training that underpins Kraftshala’s marketing programs. You work with the top leaders of the programmatic space in India, distill the most important ideas, and figure out the best ways to train the marketing leaders of tomorrow.
Who we’re looking for : We have 2 positions available, one at a junior level, one at a senior level. In both cases, programmatic advertising experience is a must, along with outstanding problem-solving, curiosity, and willingness to search for underlying truths.

The detailed version of the role :
Kraftshala runs India’s largest marketing program (in terms of placements), called the Marketing Launchpad. This is a 100% live, job-linked program which serves as a talent pipeline for agencies (eg. Publicis, Dentsu, IPG, Hiveminds), etc, as well as brands like Nestlé, Nykaa, Google, Lenskart, Zomato, and 500+ other companies.
Unlike conventional programs, Kraftshala rapidly changes its curriculum, in some cases every month. For example : think about how privacy regulations and the deprecation of cookies have reshaped targeting, how retail media and CTV have become central to programmatic strategies, and how automation and AI-driven bidding have transformed campaign optimization.
As the Programmatic Centre for Excellence, you are responsible for ensuring our programs are always at the cutting edge, such that our students are able to add value to our recruiting partners from Day 1.
