About the Role

We are building a new-age digital solution for Finance, Compliance, and Business Transformation. We’re looking for a Product Analyst who can work closely with leadership to translate conceptual ideas into product requirements, workflows, and solution blueprints.

This is a high-ownership role where you will wear the product hat , collaborate with clients, and help shape a scalable product for global markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Understand business and client requirements deeply, perform gap analysis, and convert them into detailed BRDs / PRDs.
  • Create product flows, wireframes, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Work with tech teams to break down requirements and support the product development lifecycle.
  • Apply finance domain knowledge (accounting, FP&A, RCM, audit, compliance, etc.) to design relevant product features.
  • Participate in client discussions, demos, and requirement workshops.
  • Support sprint planning, UAT, testing, and product release activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–6 years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Consulting, or Solutioning.
  • Strong understanding of finance domain processes.
  • Ability to convert ideas into structured product workflows.
  • Experience with documentation (BRD / PRD), user stories, and wireframing tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management.
  • Exposure to Agile / Scrum preferred.

    • Good to Have

  • Experience in SaaS products or finance transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of Zoho ecosystem, Power BI, or automation tools.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and system architecture (conceptual).
