Job description
  • Develop enterprise class AWS solutions, lead delivery teams in customer workshop, coordinate with multiple stakeholders in client hierarchy to engage, understand and articulate requirements for framing end-to-end solution. Has expertise in one or more Public Cloud provider technologies and is capable of embedding these capabilities into existing or new cloud-based infrastructure, platform and solutions.
  • As a Senior Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the implementation of AWS solutions for our clients. This includes managing on-premises to AWS cloud migrations as well as cloud-to-cloud migrations. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of these solutions.
  • Define Cloud based Architecture catering to client needs and requirements
  • Lead teams for a discovery and architecture workshop to understand existing development and operational process, influence client architects, and IT personnel to improve Development and operations in cloud
  • Design, plan, and execute the implementation of AWS solutions for clients, ensuring the delivery meets client needs and is aligned with best practices.
  • Manage and execute on-premises to AWS cloud and cloud-to-cloud migrations, ensuring smooth transitions while minimizing downtime.
  • Work closely with the Solutions Architect and sales teams during the presales stage to provide technical insights and estimations.
  • Manage a team of delivery consultants, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Act as a point of escalation for technical issues, working closely with the team and clients to resolve these promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Ensure delivery projects adhere to compliance and security standards.
  • Continually enhance your technical expertise and knowledge of AWS services and technologies
  • Lead internal and external initiative to standardize, automate and develop competitive assets and accelerators

    • Job Requirements

    • Candidate must have overall 7-10 years  of hand-on experience in AWS technologies and its management background.
    • Minimum 4+ years of experience in delivering cloud-based solutions, with a focus on AWS technologies.
    • Proven experience with on-premises to AWS cloud migrations and cloud-to-cloud migrations.
    • Deep understanding and experience with cloud security best practices and network configurations.
    • Industry certification focused on specialist Solution area (AWS / Kubernetes).
    • Experience in designing and implementing Hybrid Cloud solution projects involving implementing Private / Hybrid Clouds.
    • Excellent knowledge of CI / CD concepts and tools such as GitLab.
    • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Windows Server, Linux, Redhat, CentOS, DNS, LDAP, TCP / IP, and other network protocols.
    • Experience with configuration management tools like Puppet and Ansible.
    • Experience developing and deploying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) such as Terraform / CloudFormation.
    • Familiarity with containers (Openshift, Kubernetes, Docker etc.)
    • Knowledge of one or more scripting languages (bash, Powershell, Python).
    • Knowledge of cloud monitoring and alerting services and capabilities.
    • Proven experience leading teams and managing the delivery of complex technical projects.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist.
    • Superior communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a broad range of stakeholders.

      • Certifications :

    • Must Have(any) : AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional.
    • Good to have : TOGAF, ITIL, Azure Solutions Architect Expert / AWS Certified Data Analytics
