Consumer Insights Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Consumer Insights Manager to join one of the top leading retail brands in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 8–18 years of experience, with a strong background in Retail or Jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead consumer research and insight generation to understand customer behavior and market trends
• Translate insights into actionable business strategies and brand decisions
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Merchandising, Operations) to drive customer-centric outcomes
• Utilize data analytics, customer feedback, and market intelligence tools effectively
• Present findings to leadership with clear narratives and recommendations

This role demands strong analytical thinking, storytelling ability, and deep retail category understanding.
