About the role

This role is a fantastic opportunity to help Reckitt optimise cash flow and strengthen financial controls across global operations. As part of the Order-to-Cash team,you'llmanage customer accounts with care and precision-ensuringtimelycollections, resolvingdisputesand supporting compliance.You'lluse digital tools and data insights to prioritise activities, reducebacklogsand improve working capital. Collaboration is key, andyou'llwork closely with teams across Credit Management, Cash Application and Dispute Resolution to deliver seamless processes. Your responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts to ensuretimelycollection and minimise overdue balances
• Monitor ageing reports and prioritise collections using digital tools and analytics
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and deductions
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain seamless Order-to-Cash processes
• Ensure compliance with credit and collection policies and internal controls
• Engage proactively with stakeholders to improve cash flow and working capital
• Support standardisation and automation initiatives
• Track and report collection metrics and performance trends
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and embed GBS principles
• Build strong relationships with commercial teams and external partners
