The Job

Job Title : DuckCreek Policy Developer

Location : Gurugram, Noida, Pune & Bangalore

Experience Required : 4-10 Years

Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design & Development : Develop and customize DuckCreek Policy components, including forms, rules, and integrations, to meet business requirements.
  • Implementation : Participate in the end-to-end implementation of DuckCreek Policy Admin systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms.
  • Customization & Configuration : Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions using DuckCreek tools and accelerators.
  • Technical Leadership : Provide guidance on best practices, perform code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables within project timelines.
  • Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA, and project managers, to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshooting : Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring smooth operation and performance of DuckCreek systems.
  • Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of design, code, and configurations to support ongoing maintenance and upgrades.

    • The Profile

    Required Skills :

  • DuckCreek Expertise : 4+ years of hands-on experience with DuckCreek Policy including Policy Author, Templates, Forms, and Configurations.
  • Programming Skills : Proficient in C#, .NET, and SQL with a strong understanding of software development best practices.
  • Insurance Domain Knowledge : Solid understanding of insurance processes, particularly in policy administration, underwriting, and product management.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Communication : Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with other DuckCreek modules.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • DuckCreek Certification(s) will be a strong advantage.
