We’re hiring multiple Country Heads (Sales) — one for each region (U.S., Europe, U.K, Australia and the Middle East) — to lead and own the sales, growth, and GTM execution for their assigned country or region. All roles are based in India, focused on business development, international client acquisition and regional expansion.

About the Role

This is a startup-style leadership opportunity with full regional ownership. As Country Head, you’ll be responsible for :

Leading sales, outreach, and business development for your assigned region

Building relationships with consulting firms, system integrators, startups, and enterprises

Representing SkillsCapital in high-level conversations with clients and partners

Collaborating with founders and leadership to shape region-specific GTM

Running deals end-to-end — from lead gen to closure to client onboarding

Driving real growth outcomes — not just executing on tasks

✅  Who Should Apply

Interns or professionals with 1–2 years of experience in BD, sales, pre-sales, or consulting

Strong spoken and written English; confident in conversations with global clients

Based in India, comfortable working across time zones

Passionate about startups, business building, and working in high-trust environments

Self-starter, highly accountable, and excited to build from scratch

Bonus : experience in tech staffing, SaaS, recruitment, or IT services

This is a performance-first leadership role with minimal fixed salary and high earning potential based on business results :

Minimal base salary + aggressive performance-based incentives

Future scope to grow into Regional Head / Chief Growth Officer / Co-founder roles
