JOB DESCRIPTION :

Manitou Equipment India in Greater Noida, UP, India is having an opening for Design

Lead Position for NPIP Projects in Aerial Work platform Business. Position is critical for

introduction of new range of MEWPS to cater global markets.

Specific Responsibilities :

• Designing of Articulated boom architecture .Understanding of AWP Power System, Hydraulics & Electrical Integration
• Should be proficient in machine structures , Stability ,Traction , power ,Torque and Gradeability correlation calculation.
• Interaction with suppliers for selection of machine aggregates and integration in machine.
• Checking of 3D Design layouting , 2D drawings , DFMEA , DFM / TFR review and closure with design updates .
• Integration of various subsystem in CAD and control of combination master in PLM .
• Involvement in Proto machine built, analysis & resolution of machine concerns.
• Involvement in cooling trials of engine and hydraulics system .
• Tolerance stack up calculation and discussion and coordination for CFD and FEA on fluids and structures.
• Input to Service team for operator instruction and parts catalogue

information .
