Role Description

We're looking for a Content Marketing Lead (3–5 years experience) who can plan and write smart, SEO-driven content — and knows how to use AI tools like ChatGPT to make research and drafting faster, sharper, and more creative.

What you'll do :

✦ Write and manage blogs, landing pages, and case studies around reputation management, PR, and online visibility.

✦ Use ChatGPT and AI tools for research, outlines, and content structuring — without compromising originality or accuracy.

✦ Create content calendars and coordinate deliverables around ORM, SEO, and branding topics.

✦ Maintain Reputn's distinct tone : factual, confident, and clear.

✦ Work directly with the founder to plan and optimize Reputn's overall content strategy.

What you need :

• 3–5 years of experience in content writing or marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword placement, and content strategy.
• Solid experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools for research, ideation, and first-draft generation.
• Ability to write clear, factual, and conversion-focused content without filler or fluff.
• Excellent command of English, grammar, and structure.
• Comfort working with Notion, Google Sheets, or ClickUp for task management.
• Initiative to experiment, test prompts, and find faster ways to create better content.
• A self-starter mindset — someone who can think like a marketer, not just a writer.
