Software Engineer III - Active WMS, ITC

Who You'll Work With

This role reports to the Engineering Manager in Supply Chain Planning and Technology organisation. This role works closely with business users, engineering teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless warehouse operations and system performance. The role works on all warehouse management implementations globally.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Warehouse Management Techno-Functional SME with expertise in Manhattan Active WMS and hands-on experience with the ProActive tool. The role involves bridging business needs and technical solutions by designing, customizing, and enhancing warehouse management processes within the Active WMS platform.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT related discipline or any combination of equivalent relevant education, training and experience
• 5 or more years of software engineering experience.
• Experience for over 3+ years working with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management is required.
• Hands-on experience with the Manhattan ProActive and Config Director tools for creating and managing customizations.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like : FreeMarker, Velocity, Python.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and workflows.
• Proven experience in customization, testing, and deployment of WMS enhancements.
• Experience reading and writing SQL
• Experience with API, XML, and integration frameworks.
• Experience in writing automation tests
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Great communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work independently or in group settings as needed
