Incubated at IIM-B (NSRCEL), Asmi - a School of Life is an initiative founded by Delhi University alumni that considers the statement "kaash ye kisi ne bachpan mein sikha diya hota" as its problem, and seeks to solve it for the generations ahead.

Laser focus is to design inner life education and social-emotional learning (SEL) experiences, sex education, cybersecurity, financial literacy, climate education, productivity skills-based programs for children and adolescents (ages 8 to 16) - thereby upskilling them beyond academics.

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Crazy Teacher based in Bengaluru (mostly remote). The Teacher will deliver engaging lessons, develop lesson plans, and create a supportive environment for learning in alignment with Asmi’s unique curriculum. The role requires imparting practical skills, conducting training sessions, and ensuring knowledge retention through creative teaching methods tailored for students’ holistic development.

Qualifications

• Lesson Planning and Education skills to design and structure effective learning experiences.
• Strong Communication and Teaching skills to convey knowledge clearly and effectively engage students.
• Training experience to enhance students’ foundational and practical skills.
• Passion for innovative teaching methodologies and holistic education.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related fields preferred.
• Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid working model.
• Experience in facilitating non-conventional educational topics is a plus.
