Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Sinnar. The Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring budgets and schedules are adhered to. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, supervising construction activities, and monitoring the progress and quality of work to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
• Expertise in Project Coordination and Project Management
• Strong skills in Budgeting and cost control
• Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities
• Familiarity with construction regulations and safety standards
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in food Plaza, malls, housing and infrastructure projects is highly desirable
