We are seeking an experienced leader to lead the end-to-end user experience strategy, design execution, and team development for our products. This role combines hands-on design expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring that every interaction across our products is intuitive, consistent, and user focused.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the global UX design team, guiding designers through ideation, prototyping, and delivery of high-quality user experiences.

Define and implement UX strategies aligned with product and business goals.

Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into seamless user journeys.

Drive user research, usability testing, and design validation to ensure decisions are data-driven and user-centered.

Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UX standards across platforms.

Mentor and coach UX designers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Stay abreast of emerging UX trends, tools, and best practices to keep the organization at the forefront of design innovation.

Advocate for the voice of the customer in all product decisions.

Experience Required

14+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in a UX leadership role.

Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking and execution across multiple digital platforms (web, mobile, etc.).

Proficiency in tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.

Proven experience managing and scaling UX teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Background in HCI, Interaction Design, Product Design, or related field.

Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
