Assistant Manager – Tele-calling & Presales

Employment Type : Full-time

Experience :

5-8 Years of experience in tele-calling, telemarketing, or pre-sales, with at least 4 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Job Summary :

Are you passionate about connecting with people and driving sales success? We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager - Pre-Sales to lead and enhance our tele-calling operations. In this role, you will manage a team of tele-calling executives while actively contributing to lead generation, customer engagement, and appointment setting. You will play a critical role in building our pipeline of potential clients and driving interest in On2Cook’s revolutionary culinary technology. If you’re a natural communicator with strong leadership skills and a knack for sales, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership

Supervise and guide the tele-calling team, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company policies.

Motivate the team to achieve individual and collective targets.

Conduct training sessions to enhance team members' product knowledge and tele-calling techniques.

Lead Generation & Qualification

Strategically identify, qualify, and prioritize potential leads from various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and online research.

Oversee the lead qualification process to ensure high-quality prospects are added to the sales pipeline.

Data Management and Analysis

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building :

Cultivate strong relationships with prospective customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Handle escalated inquiries and objections, ensuring a positive and professional resolution.

Appointment Setting & Collaboration :

Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads to facilitate product presentations and demonstrations.

Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead-handling strategies and feedback.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting :

Track team performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance tele-calling effectiveness.

CRM & Data Management :

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.

Ensure timely follow-ups and effective communication with potential clients.

Product Knowledge & Market Insights :

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of On2Cook’s product offerings, features, and benefits.

Stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine strategies.

Target Achievement :

Drive the team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation, qualification, and appointment-setting targets.

Actively contribute to achieving personal and team KPIs.

Qualifications and Skills :

Educational Background :

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field; MBA is preferred.

Sales Acumen

Strong understanding of sales principles, lead nurturing, and customer engagement strategies.

Communication & Customer Service Skills :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Ability to handle objections, resolve issues, and build rapport with clients.

Leadership & Collaboration :

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets.

Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments.

Technical Proficiency :

Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools, along with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Time Management & Problem-Solving :

Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
