Product Manager (Japanese Language)

SourceFuse Technologies hiring Product Manager with 5+ years of experience.

Please note : The candidate should be willing to relocate to Japan.

Key Responsibilities :

• Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, specifications, and features.
• Market Research : Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends.
• Roadmap & Planning : Develop detailed production timelines, launch plans, and pricing strategies to guide product introduction.
• Product Development : Identify and evaluate new product opportunities through market research and analysis.
• Marketing Strategy : Create and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive product adoption and market positioning
• Technical Roadmap Ownership : CPartner with engineering leads to define the technical feasibility, dependencies, and timelines of product initiatives.
• Backlog Prioritization : Translate technical complexity into business impact to balance feature development with scalability and performance improvements.
• Quality & Release Management : Oversee end-to-end release planning, including QA, UAT, and deployment readiness
• Security & Compliance Awareness : Ensure features meet HIPAA, ISO 27001, GDPR and other data protection standards.
• Platform Evolution : Drive architectural discussions for scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
