Position Summary

RuDo is building a highly scalable, regulated cross-border wealth management platform with microservices, advisory engines, real-time order execution, and advanced analytics.

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who can own our infrastructure, CI / CD, automation, deployments, and reliability across India + UAE environments.

You’ll work closely with the Tech Lead, Backend team, QA, and Compliance to ensure our systems are secure, stable, and fast.

Key Responsibilities

CI / CD Pipeline Management

Build, maintain, and optimise CI / CD pipelines for all microservices
Automate build, test, and deployment workflows
Implement blue-green or rolling deployments
Ensure zero-downtime or minimum-disruption releases

Cloud Infrastructure & Kubernetes (AKS)

Manage Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

Create and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform / Helm)

Provision and maintain environments (dev, staging, prod)

Implement auto-scaling, load-balancing, and service mesh if required

Monitoring, Logging & Incident Response

Set up monitoring dashboards (Grafana, Application Insights, Prometheus)

Manage logging pipelines and error tracking

Implement alerting systems for production incidents

Help diagnose performance issues and system bottlenecks

Security & Compliance

Manage secrets, certificates, and environment variables

Ensure secure deployment practices

Support audits and mandatory regulatory checks

Implement DevSecOps best practices

Database & Data Infra Support

Handle DB migrations and backup automation

Support migration from MySQL → PostgreSQL

Support ClickHouse infra and performance

Work with the data engineering team on Airbyte, Metabase, and DMS setup

Automation Ownership

Automate repetitive operational tasks

Build deployment scripts and service health automation

Set up nightly regression test runs for QA

Optimise cloud cost usage

Collaboration Across Teams

Work closely with Tech Lead on architectural decisions

Support Backend team with infra-level debugging

Align with QA to integrate test suites into CI / CD

Assist Product & Compliance with infra-related requirements

Required Skills

Strong experience with Azure Cloud

Hands-on with Kubernetes (AKS)

Experience with CI / CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI)

Proficiency with Terraform, Helm, Docker

Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL , and infra-related DB operations

Familiarity with ClickHouse (good to have)

Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, load balancing

Experience with monitoring : Grafana, Prometheus, App Insights, Datadog

Understanding of security principles (TLS, IAM, secrets management)

Knowledge of microservices architecture

Strong debugging and problem-solving mindset

Good To Have

Experience in fintech or regulated environments

Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

Experience with Python or Node.js scripting

Knowledge of Airbyte, Metabase or similar tools
