Job description5+ years managing teams People-first leadership : mentorship, empathy, and accountability Experience in recruitment, retention, and performance management 5+ years hands-on with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, customizations) Managed Salesforce Production Support Familiar with SLAs, uptime, and issue resolution Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Service Cloud, etc.) – preferred Managed or led Salesforce implementations , not just support Worked closely with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters) Strong planning and execution aligned with strategic goals Worked with US-based teams Comfortable with time zone overlaps and cross-cultural collaboration Familiar with Agile, Jira, Confluence Exposure to DevOps & CI / CD in Salesforce – a plus
