About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with strong expertise in Node.js, React, TypeScript, Next.js, GraphQL, and Python .

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technologist who can design, develop, and optimize scalable web applications and APIs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—product, architecture, and DevOps—to deliver high-quality, secure, and performance-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable and performant web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.

Lead development efforts for both frontend and backend components using React, Next.js, Node.js, and GraphQL .

Architect and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs , ensuring robustness, security, and scalability.

Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code , following modern software engineering best practices.

Collaborate with UI / UX designers to create seamless and intuitive user experiences.

Integrate applications with backend systems and third-party APIs.

Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and reliability .

Drive and participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentoring junior developers .

Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices, proactively introducing improvements.

Required Skills & Experience 12–15 years of proven experience in Software development .

Strong proficiency in Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, Next.js, and GraphQL .

Solid understanding of Python for backend development, scripting, or microservices.

Experience with front-end architecture , component-driven design, and responsive web development.

Deep understanding of asynchronous programming, RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures .

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and deployment pipelines (CI / CD).

Proficiency with Git , testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.), and Agile methodologies.

Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to design and deliver elegant technical solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions.
