Job description

Remote Engineer – WSO2 support.

  • WSO2 Solution Enhancements
  • Configure and enhance the WSO2 solution and its associated components.
  • Develop and implement custom user journeys and flows tailored to business needs.
  • System Health and Maintenance
  • Conduct regular health checks on the WSO2 platform.
  • Report and resolve identified issues promptly.
  • Process Improvement
  • Analyze existing ('As-Is') processes to identify potential improvements.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to optimize functionality and performance.
  • Integration
  • Integrate additional online channels into the WSO2 solution.
  • Customize WSO2 functionality through scripting and development using Java, BeanShell, or other supported languages.
  • Testing and Debugging
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of the WSO2 solution to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Patch applications, Upgrades to the latest releases. Security reported issue fixes.
  • Technical Guidance
  • Provide expert guidance to project teams, DCC teams, and stakeholders during implementation and deployment.
  • Ensure secure and efficient solutions by translating functional requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
  • Develop technical documentation, including design documents, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
  • Share knowledge with the development team and enforce best practices in coding standards.
  • Project Management
  • Manage timelines to ensure on-time delivery of solutions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., infrastructure, security, and business applications) to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Disaster Recovery (DR)
  • Deploy and manage WSO2 Disaster Recovery solutions.
  • Oversee all activities related to managing WSO2 operations.
  • Vendor Coordination
  • Coordination with Product vendor for bug fixes and upgrades.

Qualifications

  • Certification : WSO2 Identity and Access Management (IAM) Certified Engineer.
  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in WSO2 solutions, including development, integration, and deployment.
