Job description

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

  • Act as the POC for marketplaces and AMS agency
  • Strong understanding of visibility assets, broad pricing, and ROI metrics
  • Manage marketing budgets and visibility initiatives across marketplaces
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely fulfilment of B2B / B2C orders
  • Ensure no stock-outs across marketplaces
  • Manage liquidation / RTV of unmoving inventory to minimise write-offs
  • Collaborate with the accounts team for recovery of dues from marketplaces

Daily :

  • Sales performance across marketplaces
  • Visibility / events executed (with screenshots) and next-day plan
  • Weekly :

  • POs received from marketplaces (for sale model) and fulfilment status
  • Updates on the marketing calendar received from marketplaces
  • Visibility and discount plans for the upcoming month
  • Performance review of ongoing visibility / discount campaigns
  • Monthly :

  • Sales vs Target vs Spend analysis (with ROAS)
  • Status of outstandings and account reconciliations
  • Recovery updates from marketplaces
  • Marketing budget and visibility plan for the upcoming month
  • Details of FOC received and utilisation plans
  • Stock holding statement
