Job Overview :

We are seeking a talented and passionate Flutter Developer with 3 - 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing cross-platform mobile applications, committed to writing clean and optimized code, and eager to collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Flutter Development : Develop and maintain high-performance, responsive, and visually appealing cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with product managers, UI / UX designers, and backend developers to translate requirements into robust mobile solutions.
Performance Optimization : Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and overall user experience to ensure a seamless and intuitive interface.
Code Quality : Write clean, scalable, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices and architectural guidelines.
Integration : Integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase services, and other third-party libraries and SDKs to extend application functionality.
Code Reviews & Best Practices : Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and contributing to team best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills :

Flutter & Dart Proficiency : Strong proficiency and hands-on experience in developing mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

State Management : Good understanding and practical experience with various state management solutions in Flutter (e.g., Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, GetX).

Backend Integration : Familiarity with Firebase, local data storage using SQLite, and integrating with REST APIs.

Version Control : Solid knowledge of Git for version control and collaborative development.

Agile Methodologies : Experience working within Agile development practices.

Bonus Skills :

Experience with native Android (Kotlin / Java) or iOS (Swift / Objective-C) development.

Practical experience in deploying and managing applications on the Google Play Store and / or Apple App Store.
