Must Have :
- Experience in Information Technology
- Experience with Windows Client Management
- Experience in software application packaging and deployment via SCCM
- Windows Fundamentals
- Extensive experience in reporting and techniques to automate processes using a scripting language such as PowerShell and or VBSCRIPT
- Strong application and hardware troubleshooting experience
- Detailed knowledge of Windows OS (client & server)
- Demonstrated ability to work with people in other areas across the enterprise (geographical and functional) to accomplish desired outcomes
- Proven ability to quickly troubleshoot issues using a sound and logical approach to deliver a valid solution
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies
- Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities
- Ability to develop solutions to a variety of complex problems of diverse scope and complexity
- Demonstrates a broad knowledge of a variety of alternatives and their impact on the business unit

Application packaging using PowerShell\ VBSCRIPT and delivery via SCCMDevelop and implement process automation via PowerShellResponsible for in-depth troubleshooting of complex laptop\ Desktop issues for root causeand recommended solutionProvide translation of business requirements into technical designs for end user computing initiativesDemonstrates technical leadership by staying current on new technologiesMaintains up to date knowledge on the most recent scripting, packaging, and endpoint client management technologies and evaluates vendor products by reviewing white papers, attending conferences and vendor demonstrationsMaintains collaborative working relationship with IS services (database, data center, servers, desktop, networking, security), and software vendors, as neededImplements continuous improvements (upgrades and patches) to ensure the environment is preventively maintained, running properly and protected from computer viruses and / or other security threatsInteracts with users and other IS teams to accommodate requests for servicesCreates and maintains all required technical documentation per IS methodology and processesLeads trouble shooting initiatives and resolves failures by analyzing issues and implementing corrective actions.
