Urgent Requirement for the position of

The Lead Integration Engineer for SAP SuccessFactors is responsible for the technical delivery of integrations on SAP Business Technology Platform around

our SAP SuccessFactors instance. Full-stack Engineers are capable of being involved in all stages and all areas of software development as well as

architecture design, code review, performance evaluation, etc.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

  • Designs, develops, and maintains integrations by analyzing data flow requirements, mapping

system interfaces, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to ensure

seamless connectivity between platforms.

  • Translates business needs into robust integration solutions that drive automation, data

    • accuracy, and process efficiency across the enterprise.

  • Leverages AI-assisted development tools to enhance code quality, accelerate integration

    • design, automate testing, and identify potential data or performance issues throughout the

    software development lifecycle.

  • Implements and maintains CI / CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment

    • processes for integrations, ensuring rapid delivery, version control consistency, and reliable

    rollbacks across environments.

  • Adheres to integration development standards, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and

    • testable code through proper version control, error handling, and unit testing.

  • Oversees data exchange processes, including data mapping, transformation, and validation

    • between internal and external systems.

  • Troubleshoots integration errors, monitors system logs, and ensures data integrity and

    • performance across all connected systems.

  • Partners with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, Operations) to gather interface

    • requirements, define specifications, and deliver scalable solutions.

  • Supports end-to-end testing cycles—unit, integration, and UAT—to validate accuracy and

    • performance of developed interfaces.

  • Maintains comprehensive technical documentation, provides knowledge transfer, and

    • supports production operations post go-live.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical workshops, translate business and

    • technical requirements into integration solutions, and mentor junior engineers

    in best practices for API design, testing, and deployment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose

    • integration issues across multiple systems, datasets, and middleware layers.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a

    • related technical discipline.

  • 7+ years of experience in integration engineering within the HCM domain,

    • including design, deployment, and maintenance of system integrations.

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology

    • Platform (BTP) or SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), including building,

    deploying, and monitoring integrations.

  • Strong technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors architecture, APIs

    • (OData, REST, SOAP), and integration frameworks.

  • Proven experience developing integrations between HCM platforms (e.G.,

    • Dayforce, SuccessFactors) and enterprise systems (ERP, POS, payroll

    providers).

  • Proficiency in SQL, XML, JSON, and scripting languages (e.G., Python,

    • Groovy) for data mapping, transformation, and automation.

  • Understanding of CI / CD practices and experience configuring pipelines to

    • automate testing, deployment, and version control of integrations.

  • Exposure to AI-assisted development or monitoring tools for improving

    • integration design quality, testing efficiency, or anomaly detection.
