📍Location : India -Remote

🔒 Key Requirements :

Banking Industry preferred

Oracle E Business Payroll

Experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll

Migration from Oracle E-Business Payroll to Oracle Fusion Payroll.

Payroll Functional Expertise :

Payroll Setup & Configuration

Defining payrolls, elements, input values, balances, and fast formulas.

Payroll Process Execution

Managing payroll run, pre-payment, costing, retro-pay, quick pay, and reconciliation.

Understanding of statutory rules.

Core HR and Payroll Integration

Designing or validating ‘Payroll Fast Formulas’ for :

Earnings and deductions

Eligibility rules

Absence calculations

Build and test formulas.

Payroll Operations & Support

Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll cycles, including :

Retroactive processing, Payroll costing, Element entry management
