About the Role :
The Lead – Money Coach will be the driving force behind LXME’s learning and advisory ecosystem
building trust, simplifying finance, and helping women make confident money decisions.
This role combines financial expertise, education strategy, and leadership to scale live sessions, partnerships, bootcamps, and community programs that directly feed into LXME’s growth.
You’ll lead a team of certified Money Coaches and anchor the brand’s credibility through education-led transformation.
What You’ll Build / Lead / Own :
Scale live sessions & bootcamps (online and offline) in partnership with brands, corporates, and communities.
Maintain and update LXME portfolios — ensuring relevance, clarity, and customer trust.
Drive community engagement & content, creating a continuous education loop via blogs, webinars, and reels.
Lead the HNI Desk — oversee personalized advisory for premium investors.
Train internal teams (Money Buddy, Distribution, etc.) on investment products and financial wellness.
Build, mentor a team of CFA / NISM-qualified Money Coaches.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales to integrate learning with business outcomes.
What Success Looks Like :
Scale of bootcamps & participation (attendance, engagement, partner count).
Conversion from learning touchpoints → investment activation.
Portfolio retention and AUM growth from education-led funnels.
Measurable uplift in community engagement & content reach.
Internal training success (team certification, confidence uplift scores).
NPS from Money Coach and HNI experiences.
Who You Are :
A certified finance professional (CFA / NISM) who believes education drives change.
A builder who can design scalable learning programs and lead subject matter experts.
Equally comfortable presenting an audience of 500+ or analyzing AUM data.
Empathetic, articulate, and deeply aligned with LXME’s mission of making money made for her.
Qualifications & Experience :
6-8 years in BFSI / fintech, with strong grounding in investments and financial literacy programs.
Experience leading educator or advisory teams, especially women-centric or retail investor initiatives.
Proven record in building learning ecosystems, bootcamps, or community-based education models.
Excellent communication, stakeholder, and leadership skills.
NISM Series V-A / CFA Level 1+ preferred.
