What are we looking for :

We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join the Founder's Office as a Strategic Initiatives Lead. This role is ideal for someone with a strong product mindset, strategic acumen, and a proven track record in go-to- market execution. You will work directly with the founder to drive high-impact projects, shape company strategy, and ensure seamless execution across cross-functional teams.

What will you do :

• Strategic Planning & Execution - Work with the founder to define and execute strategic priorities, including new business initiatives, market expansion, and operational improvements
• Program Management - Drive end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic programs, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable impact
• Product Thinking - Apply a product-first approach to problem-solving, ensuring customer centricity and scalability in all initiatives
• Go-to-Market Strategy - Lead GTM planning and execution for new products and services, including market research, positioning, pricing, and launch strategies
• Cross-functional Leadership - Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and operations teams to align on goals and drive execution
• Business Analysis & Insights - Conduct deep-dive analyses to support decision-making, including competitive benchmarking, customer insights, and performance tracking
• Founder Support - Drive thought leadership across business verticals, prepare strategic briefs, investor updates, and business plans
