You will work with a young, energetic team that is obsessed with student success. Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business goals and target audience needs. Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for Ads (Meta & Google), newsletters, and landing pages. Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistency and timely delivery across multiple channels (blogs, social media, email, etc.). Optimize all content for SEO, GEO, engagement, and conversions. Track and analyze content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, leads generated) and iterate strategies accordingly. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor content strategies, and emerging platforms. Collaborate with designers, video creators, and product teams for cross-functional campaigns. Support brand-building initiatives by ensuring content aligns with the brand's voice and tone Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Journalism preferred, but not mandatory). Experience : 2+ years of content marketing experience (Ed-Tech or SaaS or Tech industry experience preferred). Core Skills : Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with high attention to detail. Mult-format Content Creation : Experience creating content across formats, long-form, social media, video, sales enablement, etc. Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, Photoshop). Comfortable being camera-facing for video content. Understanding of paid marketing campaigns and performance marketing. SEO & Keyword Research (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) Analytics Tools (Google Analytics) Content Management Systems & Social Media Tools Health Insurance ChatGPT Subscription ESOP (after 6 months of service)

Role Overview :
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Content Marketer to join a high-growth team. This role requires a strong blend of storytelling, SEO, GEO knowledge, and marketing strategy to create engaging content that attracts, educates, and converts the target audience.
You will bridge the gap between education and employability by driving the content engine for an ed-tech startup that is enabling thousands of learners to learn Full Stack Development with Gen AI or Data Science & AI or Data Analytics, and become job-ready.
