Job Description – Product Management Team (PMT)

Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai (HO)

Experience : 2–8 years in Pharma / Dermatology / Aesthetics / Nutraceuticals (Experience with IV / IM injectables preferred)

Role Overview

Daulcél is a luxury aesthetics brand focused on IV and IM therapy injectables, dermatology driven skincare and premium nutraceuticals.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive portfolio development, brand strategy, doctor engagement and launches across India and global markets.

You will be the strategic link between R&D, regulatory, design, marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product and Brand Strategy

• Identify new product opportunities in IV injectables, skincare and nutraceuticals.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
• Build product positioning, branding and launch plans.

2. Marketing and Go to Market Execution

3. KOL, Clinics and Sales Enablement

4. Regulatory and Compliance

5. Cross Functional Collaboration
