Employment Type : Full-time

About the role-

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with around 3 years of experience in laboratory and field material testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in construction material testing, report preparation, and documentation as per ISO / IEC 17025 standards.

You will play a key role in maintaining testing accuracy, ensuring quality compliance, and supporting the lab's technical and documentation systems.

Key Responsibilities : -

Laboratory Testing

Conduct testing of civil engineering materials including soil, concrete, aggregates, bitumen, and cement as per IS / ASTM standards.
Maintain calibration, accuracy, and performance of testing equipment.
Record, analyze, and interpret test results with precision.

Field Testing

Perform field testing such as compaction, core cutting, soil sampling, and NDT (Non-Destructive Testing).

Supervise sample collection and ensure adherence to quality and safety procedures.

Coordinate with project teams for on-site testing and reporting.

Documentation & Reporting (ISO 17025)

Prepare test reports, calibration records, and other quality documentation.

Maintain and update Quality Management System (QMS) records in line with ISO / IEC 17025 requirements.

Support internal and external audits, proficiency testing, and corrective action processes.

Quality & Compliance

Follow safety, quality, and environmental standards in all testing activities.

Contribute to method validation, measurement uncertainty, and continual improvement initiatives.
