Responsibilities :
- Act as a proactive problem-solver by continuously analyzing data to identify emerging business challenges and opportunities across customer segments, markets, and products
- Analyze every stage of the customer journey from acquisition to engagement, retention, and monetization to identify points of friction and design strategies to improve funnel performance
- Design and evaluate A / B experiments to validate hypotheses and support product or growth decisions. Partner with relevant teams to ensure experiments are run with scientific rigor and deliver meaningful results
- Continuously look for ways to improve analytics processes and enhance tools and infrastructure, make data more accessible, and streamline reporting for better efficiency and impact
- Drive regular business review with stakeholder, contribute to strategy planning
What you'll need :
Bachelor / Master degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or equivalentMinimum 4+ years of experience in Analytics / Strategy / ConsultingExcellent data analysis skills (investigation, modeling, mapping; gap analysis)Knowledge of Tableau / Power BI and other business intelligence and analytical toolsExpert in SQL (must) / Python / R / SASAble to develop, test, and deploy models on cloud / webExperience in handling large datasets - Expert data modeling skillsStrong knowledge of fundamentals, including funnel analytics, customer segmentation, user activity modeling, churn analytics and A / B testingStrong problem-solving capabilities- able to conceptualize, organize, simplifyAbility to own projects end-to-end : building out timelines, key milestones, provide regular updates to stakeholders and delivery against agreed upon specsAbility to adapt in the dynamic and fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWho will excel?
