Role Description

This is a part-time remote position for a Business Analyst Salesforce. The role involves analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. You will work closely with teams to streamline workflows and provide tailored Salesforce solutions to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and processes effectively
• Proven expertise in Business Analysis and Business Requirements gathering
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between teams and stakeholders
• Experience with Business Process optimization and workflow improvement
• Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently and remotely in a flexible, part-time capacity
