Job description

Job Summary :

We are a creative agency looking for a Systems Administrator to manage our office infrastructure. You will be responsible for network uptime, bandwidth management, and the physical maintenance of high-performance workstations (Windows & Mac).

Responsibilities :

Network & Connectivity

Manage office internet infrastructure (Dual-ISP setup).
Configure and monitor Load Balancing to ensure bandwidth is distributed efficiently between upload / download tasks and general browsing.
Troubleshoot network latency, packet loss, or downtime immediately.
Manage local LAN, Wi-Fi access points, and switch configurations.

Hardware & Maintenance

Windows Fleet : Maintain "Heavy" workstations used for 3D rendering and video editing. Perform regular stress tests, thermal monitoring, and physical cleaning (dust / fans) to prevent throttling.

Mac Fleet : Support Mac Mini (M1-M4) and MacBooks. Ensure OS stability and connectivity.

Troubleshooting : Diagnose and fix hardware failures (RAM, PSU, GPU) and software conflicts.

Assembly : Assemble custom desktop configurations for the design team if required (selecting and installing components).

Requirements

Proven experience as a System Administrator or Network Administrator.

Strong knowledge of Load Balancing , Failover configurations, and Router / Switch management.

Deep understanding of PC Hardware (GPU / CPU thermals, Power Supply requirements).

Hands-on experience with Windows 10 / 11 troubleshooting and macOS Support.

Ability to physically maintain equipment (cleaning, cable management, parts replacement).

Nice to Have

Experience building custom PCs from scratch.
