We collaborate with schools to bring high-quality academic programs, expert faculty, and technology-driven learning solutions directly to students.

Role Overview :

We are looking for dynamic and driven Field Sales Executives who can take ownership of developing new school partnerships. The role involves visiting schools, meeting key decision-makers (principals, directors, management), and presenting ExamPays integrated education model to establish long-term collaborations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Visit schools in the assigned region to pitch ExamPays School Integrated Program.
  • Meet and build strong relationships with school authorities — Principals, Directors, and Management.
  • Identify potential schools and generate leads through on-field visits, networking, and local research.
  • Conduct presentations and discussions about ExamPay's offerings and collaboration models.
  • Follow up with schools and ensure timely closure of partnership agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales / partnership targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing, or Business preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales , school tie-ups , or edtech collaborations .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable with on-field work.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
  • Preferred Background :

    Candidates with prior experience in EdTech companies such as BYJU'S, Physics Wallah, Unacademy, Aakash, Allen, or similar institutions will be preferred.
