Job Summary :
As an HR Executive you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various human resources functions within the organization. The role includes employee relations, organizing HR events, follow up with the HR tasks assigned and compliance with employment laws and company policies. You will ensure a harmonious and productive work environment while supporting the organization's strategic objectives. As an HR Executive you must be well versed with Zoho people Software.
Key Responsibilities :
Employee Relations :
∙ Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
∙ Promote a positive work culture and ensure employee engagement initiatives.
∙ Manage conflict resolution and provide guidance to employees and managers.
Performance Management :
∙ Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems.
∙ Provide feedback and support to employees for performance improvement.
Training & Development :
∙ Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
∙ Organize workshops, team-building activities, and other HR-driven initiatives.
Compliance & Administration :
∙ Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies.
∙ Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
∙ Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.
HR Strategy Support :
∙ Contribute to policy formulation and implementation.
∙ Support management in workforce planning and succession planning.
Qualifications & Skills :
∙ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
∙ Proven experience in HR roles, preferably 2 years. Freshers can also apply.
∙ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∙ Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
∙ Proficient in Zoho people software and Microsoft Office Suite.
∙ Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
