We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team and be the warm, attentive voice of Baby Jalebi.

✨ Role Responsibilities

✅ Assist customers across WhatsApp, Instagram, email & phone

✅ Offer personalised product guidance + support

✅ Handle order queries, exchanges & coordination with operations

✅ Maintain accurate communication records

✅ Ensure an elevated, compassionate guest experience

✨ What We’re Looking For

✅ Excellent written & spoken English , fast perfect typing skills.

✅ A calm, warm & solution-oriented personality

✅ Strong communication & time management skills

✅ Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

✅ Experience in customer service is a plus (not required)
