Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads online, driving sales growth, identifying and engaging new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves managing the sales process, training clients where necessary, and achieving revenue targets while staying aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales and Sales Management

Proficiency in training and mentoring clients or team members

1-3 years of experience in sales

Must be located in commutable distance to Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

Strong skills in communication and customer service

Ability to work collaboratively and meet targets in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
