Job Purpose :
Provide high-quality executive support to C-level leaders in a fast-paced APJ environment. The Executive Assistant ensures smooth daily operations, manages priorities, and represents the Executive in communications and coordination.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage complex calendars, schedules, and appointments;
coordinate internal andexternal meetings, including logistics and prep materials.
Handle travel planning end-to-end (flights, itineraries, logistics).Draft and prepare professional correspondence, presentations, and reports.Prioritize and manage email on behalf of the Executive, draft responses and flag urgent items.Support executive meetings : prepare agendas, compile materials, track actions, and record minutes.Liaise across departments to coordinate approvals, signatures, and information flow.Handle confidential information with discretion and manage multiple priorities efficiently.Address ad hoc requests and shifting priorities, sometimes outside core hours.Skills & Experience :
4–7 years of executive assistant or senior administrative experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking ability.High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and support senior-level stakeholders.Proficient with MS Office and standard business tools.Working Conditions :
Professional office environment with occasional extended hours.Remote / hybrid work flexibility.Limited local travel if required.
