Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and manage the culinary operations across our properties in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food service, managing the kitchen and dining teams, planning menus, maintaining hygiene standards, and enhancing the overall dining experience for residents.

This is a full-time, on-site role that requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and design nutritious, balanced, and diverse menus catering to various dietary preferences.
  • Supervise day-to-day food and beverage operations to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality service.
  • Manage and train kitchen and service staff, fostering teamwork, professionalism, and excellence.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation through regular checks and feedback sessions.
  • Oversee inventory levels, vendor coordination, and cost control within approved budgets.
  • Collect and analyze resident feedback to improve food quality and service satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all properties.
  • Work closely with the operations team to streamline processes and maintain consistency across kitchens.
  • Implement innovative dining concepts and ideas to enhance the resident experience.
  • Maintain reports related to food costs, wastage, and operational performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Food & Beverage Manager or similar leadership role within hospitality, co-living, or catering sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is mandatory.
  • Strong technical knowledge of F&B operations, including inventory, costing, and food safety.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Food safety and hygiene certifications will be an added advantage.
