Key Responsibilities
1. P&L Ownership
- Lead the division to achieve revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow targets.
- Drive working capital efficiency and optimize DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and capex ROI.
- Ensure disciplined financial governance and long-term profitability.
2. International Expansion
Build and empower in-country sales and application teams across global markets.Identify, appoint, and manage high-performing distributors and channel partners.Oversee international mill trials, validations, and product qualifications to accelerate market entry.3. Commercial Excellence
Establish a rigorous cadence for funnel reviews, pricing strategy, and key account management.Implement structured processes to monitor and enhance distributor productivity and domestic market coverage.Champion data-driven decision-making to optimize sales efficiency and customer engagement.4. R&D to Market Execution
Translate market insights and customer feedback into actionable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) .Secure specification-in opportunities and reduce time-to-trial and time-to-market for new product launches.Foster close collaboration between R&D, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment and speed.5. Operations & Scale-Up
Collaborate with the COO to ensure supply chain reliability, cost optimization, and compliance with quality standards.Oversee new plant and production line scale-ups to meet demand and growth targets.Ensure operational agility while maintaining efficiency and sustainability standards.6. Governance & Strategic Alignment
Chair Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews to monitor performance and strategic progress.Lead the risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate potential business challenges.Align strategic initiatives with the organization’s long-term growth and innovation objectives.Skills
