We are seeking a Senior Process Analyst to join our team at a leading US insurance firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process analysis and improvement, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve existing business processes within the insurance domain.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand process challenges.
- Develop process mapping and documentation for current and future state processes.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Assist in the implementation of new processes and tools, including training staff on changes.
- Conduct data analysis to support process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.4-9 years of experience in process analysis or a similar role, preferably in the insurance sector.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Six Sigma).Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Skills Required
