Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic vision and project management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and driven teammates.
You'll play a key role in managing and coordinating a portfolio of RSC projects within the Power Train Subsystem group, driving performance, and ensuring alignment with Alstom's strategic goals. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business, including Power Train Directors, Sub-System Managers, and Customer Directors, to ensure the quality, cost, delivery, and performance (QCDP) of projects and much more.
You'll specifically take care of resource allocation and competency development for your team, but also provide operational support for project execution and process deployment.
