Responsibilities

• Develop and implement agency sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents to enhance productivity and performance.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and support as needed.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and present reports on sales performance and forecasts to senior management.
