    Key Responsibilities

    • Sales & Partnerships :  Manage full sales cycle — from outreach and discovery to negotiation, closure, and integration.
    • Strategy & KPIs :  Develop and execute plans to achieve revenue and integration targets.
    • Relationship Management :  Own end-to-end partner relations and ensure seamless handoffs to Product / Tech.
    • CRM & Pipeline :  Maintain updated CRM, track progress, and ensure team-wide visibility.
    • Feature Feedback :  Gather and relay partner feature requests to Tech for prioritization.
    • Representation :  Attend conferences to expand partnerships and visibility.
    • Process Optimization :  Improve sales materials, decks, and social presence; analyze sales performance.
    • What we look for :

    • 3–5 years in  Partnerships / BD / Sales  (Web3, Fintech, or VC preferred).
    • Proven success in  strategic partnerships  and  key account closures .
    • Strong understanding of  blockchain, dApps, and crypto fundamentals .
    • Excellent  stakeholder management, communication, and writing  skills.
    • Hands-on,  entrepreneurial mindset , thrives in lean teams.
    • Skilled in  HubSpot / CRMs, Google Suite, Slack, Telegram, and Asana .
    • Nice to have :  Existing Web3 network or prior experience with protocols / funds.
