Position : US IT Recruiter - Fresher

Location : Begumpet, Hyderabad

Shift Timing : Monday to Friday, 6 : 30 PM IST to 3 : 30 AM IST

Education : Bachelor's or MBA

JOB DESCRIPTION :

The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

Work on our Direct Clients' Requirements
Understanding client hiring needs / requirements in US IT Recruitment
Sourcing high-quality candidates from ATS and Job Boards.
Screen resumes thoroughly and shortlist candidates by pre-vetting them and submitting them to onsite recruiters / managers.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE :

Fair Understanding of Various domains and technologies.

Should possess excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Willing to Work in Night Shift India hours (EST Time Zone 8 am-5 pm).

Should be highly networked, target-driven, proactive, and a positive attitude team player.

Should be a good team player.

Should be able to drive his / her performance through metrics.

COMPENSATION : above par incentives / bonus and Salary.
