Job Description – Technical Delivery Manager

we are seeking an experienced professional with deep expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) and LLMs to lead end-to-end enterprise projects for Fortune 500 clients. As a key member of the GenAI delivery organization, you will own project execution from POC to full-scale implementation , managing diverse engineering teams and ensuring customer success.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead GenAI / LLM client engagements independently, from requirements to delivery
  • Conduct business analysis, solution design, and workflow implementation
  • Drive engineering teams toward technical roadmap execution with timely delivery
  • Explore and apply new LLM research to deliver cutting-edge solutions
  • Manage stakeholder communication and foster long-term client relationships

Required Skills :

  • 10+ years’ professional experience with 4+ years in AI / ML projects
  • 1+ years’ experience in LLMs & GenAI (RAG, prompt engineering, agents)
  • Proficiency in Langchain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex
  • Cloud expertise (AWS / GCP / Azure)
  • Agile methods & tools : Jira, Confluence
