Position : Hindi Teacher – IBDP & IGCSE
Location : Sarjapur, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Salary Range : ₹85,000 to ₹95,000 per month

About Us
We are an international-school in Sarjapur, Bengaluru offering IGCSE and IBDP curricula. We are looking for a passionate, qualified Hindi teacher who can deliver high-quality instruction, support learners in a globalminded environment and contribute to an engaging educational community.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare and teach Hindi language and literature courses for IGCSE and IBDP students.
Develop inquiry-based, student-centred lessons that build language skills, critical thinking and cultural awareness.
Assess student progress via formative and summative assessments; provide timely, constructive feedback.
Support students in IBDP internal assessments (IAs), oral exams, and other curriculum-specific requirements.
Collaborate with colleagues in the language department and school leadership to align curriculum, share best practices and maintain high standards.
Communicate with students, parents and guardians about progress, expectations and support needs.
Participate in professional development, school events and contribute positively to school culture.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Hindi, Education or a related subject; Master’s preferred.
Appropriate teaching qualification / certification (B.Ed or equivalent) desirable.
Demonstrated experience teaching Hindi at IGCSE and / or IBDP level is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of IGCSE and IBDP curricula, assessment requirements and pedagogical approaches.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to design engaging lessons using a variety of instructional strategies and educational technologies.
Collaborative mindset, strong organisational skills and commitment to continuous professional growth.
What We Offer
Competitive salary in the range of ₹85,000-₹95,000 per month (dependant on qualifications & experience).
